seventy degrees = happiness.

So I would say that I'm sorry for not posting a few days in a row...but, well, I'm pretty sure only one person actually reads this thing, and that one person happens to be my sister. Sad, I know. But hey, I'm documenting life for my own sake. So I don't need to be featured on Top Baby Blogs or anything...but a girl can dream, right? Anyways, S and I were just so wrapped up in enjoying the ahhhh-mazing weather yesterday and today. Having a baby pretty much makes you think of your life before baby as being 100 years ago, so I basically feel like its been winter for 100 years. So Nug and I are going to be outside every day that the temp is fifty or above.

We've been busy...

-Took Dallas pup on walks (with no bundling of baby in a snowsuit, mind you).
-Walked around our backyard admiring our now water-less pool. Thank you March winds, for blowing a concrete, yes concrete, paver into the pool and ripping the lining the entire depth of the deep end. But, actually, thank you! Because now our decision to fill in the pool is justified. Hello, big grassy backyard!
-Met Hubs for lunch and a glorious afternoon of shopping for spring baby clothes. Am I really buying her nine-month sized items already?!
-Played in the bumbo in the backyard and watched Dallas be his crazy self.
-Discovered tiny buds on the rose bushes...and saw our first robin!

Here's to hoping the forecast of sixty degree weather holds true for next week!
