i believe...

Just had to cancel all thoughts and posts for today, people.
{I know, batten down the hatches and reel in the nets because I'm becoming quite the versatile mama.}
My girl Erin over at Living In Yellow decided to host this fab link party.
She's asking us what, as bloggers, we believe in.
Okay, not just as bloggers, but as real people with real lives and real loves.
What do I believe in?

I believe in letting that little girl explore her big, bright world.
Even if the word NO is playing on repeat lately.

I believe in going to bed late and waking up early so I can get in some quality blogging time.

Which brings me to why I believe in coffee. At least two cups.

I believe in taking the kids for a walk every day.

I believe in referring to my dog as our oldest child. No question he's a legit member of our family.

I believe in treating myself to a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks once a month.
If not for the budget, it would be every week. At least.

I believe in Sunday morning church and Sunday afternoon football :)

I believe in reading a good book. And not letting yourself be disappointed by the movie.

I believe in a glass of wine a few times a week. Has to be red.

I believe in having more than one pair of sunglasses. Accessories make you look glam.
Even on me when I'm doing my "Jersey Shore" face. Fist pump!

I believe in changing up the old blog design every now and then. I get bored easily.

I believe in making lasting bloggy relationships with those that show their support often :)

I believe in finding the best deal for your dollar. Budget up.

I believe that good things {mostly} always take more time and effort.

I believe in spending quality time with this crazy one.

And with this even crazier one.

I believe in letting puppy boy sleep in our bed during a thunderstorm.

I believe in taking weekend day trips to local places just to do something different.

I believe that sitting on the beach and listening to the ocean is the best medicine.

I believe in spending the holidays with family.

I believe in spending a Monday morning with the church ladies at crafts. Satisfying my new DIY soul.
And making ugly yard sale finds look amazing.

I believe in catching up with good friends that we don't get to see often enough.

And I also believe in making new friends.

I believe in having one fabulous pair of boots that you can wear with anything.

I believe in being yourself and not caring what anyone else thinks {okay, maybe caring a little bit}.

I believe in miracles.

I believe a girl needs a good phone to rely on. Kinda like a best friend, right?

I believe you should never turn down a new opportunity when one arises.

I believe in warm socks and fleeces on chilly fall mornings.

I believe in coffee and talk seshes with my mom and sister. Two people who'll always be there.

I believe in spending a night out with the Hubs.

I believe in planning. I'm a list-maker. But sometimes I just throw everything out the window.

I believe in waiting for something that you really want.

I believe in snuggling with your littles in the "big bed" every now and then.

I believe in family traditions--keeping the old ones and creating new ones.

I believe that everything happens for a reason.
Yes, even the not-so-fun times, even the downright bad times. God has a master plan for you life.
I can vouch for that from experience. And I believe in sharing that truth.

I believe in laughing--a lot. And finding something to laugh about even when you don't want to :)

I believe in doing life the best way that I know how--with a little help, of course.
